Classicora — Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

By using Classicora ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Classicora gives you access to a curated catalog of public-domain classic books for reading. Book texts are sourced from public-domain editions and are provided "as is" — we don't guarantee they're error-free or that every title's public-domain status applies in every country. Verify local public-domain status yourself before relying on it for any purpose beyond personal reading.

Accounts

You can use the app as a guest, or create an account with your name, email, and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' accounts or data, or use the app in a way that could harm it or its users.

Intellectual property

The app's design, code, and branding belong to Classicora. The classic book texts themselves are in the public domain and are not owned by us.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms. You can stop using the app, or delete your account, at any time.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date above.
